I have a CVA 12 ga.double.
I shoot 100 grains powder behind a cardboard wad,then a thin paper wad.1 1/2 oz. #6 shot with a thick card board wad over top.you can get wads and loose shot at most gun shops.
this load works good for me.
test your gun with different wads and loads to see which works best for your gun.
