I'm considering getting into m/l hunting mostly for deer & maybe coyotes. I don't know much about m/l's. I know there are several barrels that can be used with the t/c encore frame. Does anyone have an idea about how much say a .223 caliber barrel would cost? Also if a person were shooting several rounds (8-10) would you need to swab or clean the barrel anytime between shots? Thanks for the help. I'm sure to have more questions.

Encore barrels average around $240. I generally swab after every 2nd shot with my MLs.
