The answer to your question, of course, depends on your definition of " reasonably priced" and " quality made" , since often these two requirements are mutually exclusive!

However, I happen to have two old Lyman All-American Perma-centered 4X fixed-power scopes on a couple of muzzleloaders. These are pretty good (NOT Leupolds, of course) scopes, very accurate and dependable adjustments, reasonable optics, and you can sometimes get them from auction sites like E-BAY for little or nothing. I paid $35.00 plus $4.00 postage for the last one I bought six months ago, and I was almost the ONLY bidder! The only thing I' d like better would be All-American 2.5X scopes with post & crosshair reticles.

For me, the Bushenell 3200 at cheaperthandirt seemed to be reasonably priced and the 3200/4200 series have a lifetime warranty.
