Default Time to warm up the .58

Going to start shooting my .58 in earnest out to about 100-125 yards. I just found out, from Jake and then, from the PGC that I was drawn for an anterless elk tag for the regular season for zone 3. I already placed calls with a couple local game wardens to help me out finding landowners with crop damage or areas of high sighting numbers. Also going to be spending time scouting between archery hunts for deer.
I really want to take one with the .58 but I will be also carrying my 30-06 as a back up in case I can't get close enough. I've been applying since the onset of the draw and finally got a tag. I don't want to waste it. I love the taste of elk.

It was exciting seeing your name pop up on that screen Clem.

A muzzleloader will make for a fun challenge!
