Nice buck and a great choice in a new ML. I too am getting sick of using sockets to take down my aging smokepole. The CVA Acura nitrite looks like it might find its way into my safe. Good thread.....

I would recommend this product. There is a link to the one I did end up purchasing. Shoots well. Love the nitride process for the barrel.

Choosing a scope has a lot to do with price, how much a person wants to spend and the options and characteristics that they might want it to have.

You might want to hold off on a new rifle till you check out the CVA Accura LR in .45 caliber with 1:22 twist. My guess it will show up after shot show next year.

No problem. I picked up a Nikon BDC 3-9x40. It was an older model Buckmaster that was still around. Paid $100. Can’t complain about performance. I didn’t need anything expensive but something I knew that would handle the job and hold true.

Default Great Black Powder hunt

Like the Shockwave, but LOVE the Powerbelts!!! Nothing like a full bore projectile
