Hey, whatever trips your trigger Sharps. Just not my cup of tea.

For range work it will pass, but hunting not for my taste. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so they say...

Just bought one today for my Marlin XT-22. I am of shorter stature, 5'3", so being able to have a shorter LOP with the adjustable cheek piece is needed. And being able to adjust it depending if I'm range shooting or hunting small game will be great. Ill report back once it arrives as far as how well it fit and its function with the locking mechanisms.

Mine came yesterday
See this thread : http://www.huntingnet.com/forum/blac...eam-gun-2.html

I think you will like it . Adjustments are stiff , takes both hands but lock up is solid. I guess once I actually shoot it I will know more . But it seems like a nice stock .

Mine came in last week. Required a slight amount of sanding to fit the bottom metal around the magazine well, inside the front hole for the stock pillar, and inside the area the receiver goes. But very minor and nothing unusual. As was stated the buttons for the LOP and cheekpiece adjustment is very stiff, but should loosen up after use. And of course I forgot to order a new trigger guard, so I had to get one ordered through Midway. That came yesterday and fitted fine with no sanding. Ill be taking it to the range this weekend to get it zero'd. As far as weight, it added a pound to the rifle compared to the original molded plastic stock it came with. But ill take that little additional weight as now the rifle fits me perfectly and is very solid.
