Welcome to the club pal! My shoulder is shot and now i use a crossbow. My legs have have circulation issues and cant walk the woods anymore. It all comes with those golden years!!! But it is better then being on the brown side of the grass!!

Aging does show-up inside our bodies. I just laid almost 200 vinyl tiles (about 25% needed cutting) at my daughter's house and my legs and knees are aching like crazy.
Three Advil every 8 hours for a 3-4 days and I should be feeling better - more back to normal, by mid-week.
