I personally do not believe accuracy is the top dog in judging a ML. Anymore all of them are darn accurate as compared to a lot of older ML's.

Traditions has really come a long ways over the past 4 years. Their Strikerfire is a great gun. The 2 stage trigger does take a lot of getting used to though. Ive also have my Traditions kentucky since about 2005-6ish? Great flintlock as well! Sparks like an ape that fell into fire.

Looks and feel have absolutely nothing to do with determining a quality ML. All Muzzleloader's look and feel different.

It does for the individual purchasing it. If a rifle doesn't fit or feel right there is a very good chance the user won't shoot it well either.

yep. One reason why I always skipped over knights. The Revolution I had however was a real nice fit with open sights. I just didnt like the process of taking it apart to clean.

Can't agree with you there Grouse. Feel translates to whether or not that MLer will fit you and if it doesn't fit then you aren't going to be able to shoot it worth a tinkers darn. Looks, well that's something of a "to each his own" there. If I don't like the "looks" of something I aint buying it usually. But that's just me. I aint saying it has to be a beauty queen or nothing but if it's just butt ugly I don't want it. Kind of like that TC Strike (formally known as LHR something or other). That thing is just butt ugly to me even though it could quite possibly be the best thing on the block.

We are not talking about individuals. We are talking about quality of a certain product.

Wrong, you can't knock the quality of a certain ML cause it doesn't fit you or its ugly. You just don't buy it cause it doesn't fit you or you don't like the looks. Very big difference!!

Nope can't knock the quality at all. But I'm a hard man to fit up as most on here know. They just don't make many rifles for big guys. HEY!!! I just had a brain storm!!! Ya know about "Big And Tall" stores for men's clothing? "Big And Tall" for gun stocks! For those of us in the gorilla suits!
