I wondered how they came up with that saying

Maybe because they have low quality steel in their barrels and don't want to get sued yet again? Just a thought

so guy's i found some nitride coated bh209 qrbp's on muzzleloaders.com web site i called to verify they have some in stock he said they did but will go quick so i ordered two one for the future and also to sve on shipping costs! they are advertised as nitride bp's so i asked about it because it's been said they can't nitride them but he told me it is a nitride finish but not applied the same way as the barrels not sure if all correct but that's what i was told so just wanted to pass it along. by the way 32 bucks ea.

Never exceed 110grns by volume, and a 300grn bullet in any CVA Muzzleloaders. The Bergara barrels cannot handle pressures like green mountain for example. This doesn't mean there not a good barrel. It's like comparing a 1/2 ton truck to a 1 ton for example. This is information that can be looked up. I just don't have it saved anyplace.
