I thought 120gr was the max load of BH?

I picked 100gr, because it's a very common load used. Actually, 110gr is the most popular.

80grns of Bh209 with a 350grn bullet is a pretty stout load.

On the rare occasion that I use one of my big boy connies (365gr lead full bore) I load up with 100gr BH (just tested it a few shots this year and that was the most accurate) but I for DANG sure wouldn't want to be on the bench too awful much with that shoulder cracking load. That's one of them loads that you will dread on EITHER side of the muzzle

Lots of guys use 100gr with the big NoExcuses 400-500gr conicals.

I might too if I was 25 again. I used to think it was fun to shoot a .458 mag with a 500gr bullet. You couldn't pay me enough to shoot one now.

Current load data on their site (for ML rifles) lists a 350 gr. Hornady FPB .503 dia. w/120 gr. powder by volume. The heaviest load listed was the PB bullet at 444 gr. and max. charge listed was 100 gr. BH BV.

Not what I meant, but good info.

I was talking about 120gr of BH being the max load for any bullet.

That's only what the powder company Recommends. And they are smart in Doing so. Knight Rifles sweet spot is 130grns by volume in most of the bolt guns.
