I picked 100gr, because it's a very common load used. Actually, 110gr is the most popular.
Current load data on their site (for ML rifles) lists a 350 gr. Hornady FPB .503 dia. w/120 gr. powder by volume. The heaviest load listed was the PB bullet at 444 gr. and max. charge listed was 100 gr. BH BV.
