It's West of me.
As far as I'm concerned, South stops at the Texas/Louisiana border. Everything on the other side of that line is "West" - except for California, which is "Bat****Crazy".

El Nino is gigantic this year causing weather to go nuts from I have read. I bowhunted 2 weekends in downpours and 2 weekends in the 70s and this was in the mountains of Virgina. I never saw a deer the entire season. Good luck for the rest of your season.

In my comment yesterday I complained about the long dry spell we've been having, and said at last we have a 90% chance of rain. Well, it started raining last night around 10 o'clock and is still coming down. My rain gauge tops out at 6". It reached that about an hour ago.

Yes, it's from that storm. The system is moving North across us now and should be past us by midnight. I hope that much rain didn't wash the seed out of my newly planted plots.
