Good news. I talked to them today and they said it would ship tomorrow or Friday. It was the last one that was available in 54 cal. And since they stopped importing that particular gun and twist to the USA I guess I'm lucky to get one.

I bet that if they had them in the 1800's they would have been very popular.

Maybe they wouldn't hunt at all if they had super markets too.

After shooting 25 plus Deer with 50cal round balls, I would NEVER recommend anyone use them on Deer size game. The saboted bullets I use are much more lethal,accurate and consistent. I will continue to use the best bullets I can to harvest any big game animal I decide to hunt.

That's why I use a 54

Hard to believe an expanded RB through both lungs is not enough that starts at 1/2".

Pa deer must be pretty tough.
