Default The First time ever I had My Scope Off when I went to sight in for the up coming seas

Went to sight in today with the Gang and I was 6" to the right and 5" high, shot again and the same. Got her to where she should be 2" high at 50 but never have I ever had to adjust the scope when I checked it before Opening Day.
I did Miss a Big Doe last Season at only 40yds, and took that as a just plain My Fault, but then I missed again in Late ML Season at 30yds and that was my last shot of the season. I was baffled as I Never Miss, especially that close, those are Gimme Shots. I'm starting to wonder if one of the guy's in Camp messed with My Mler while I was away from it because he was Jealous. not a nice thing to do but I take Pride in being spot on and last season the last 2 weeks were real Bad for me.
And I know............been away for way too long. Busy and Connie needs Neck Surgery and has been out of work for 3 months, she's out for this Hunting Season and is Bummed and would give anything for the Pain and Headaches to go away, Surgery is scheduled in a few more weeks. Our Opening Day of Gun starts this Saturday, been Bow Hunting and as much as I was Against them I bought a Cross Bow, a Bow Tech Stryker Solution LS, 390fps and all I can say is Wow! Hope Everyone is well and if I Missed anything Please PM Me, Thank You.

At least you caught a situation. I never mess with any ones's rifle. And if I am in a room you better not let me catch you messing with someone's rifle. I hope all goes well for your wife. And best of luck this season.

Did you get it fixed up? I would not try to say what could have changed, because it seems that you have been shooting for a good while. When this happens to me,i just start all over again!

Strange situation for sure. Keep an eye on that scope, sounds like it may be on its way out. Or maybe it got bumped really hard? Good luck.

Better check that scope out carefully. i've had a couple scopes go haywire without warning. In one case i missed a hog about 35 yards away: Bullet kicked up dirt under the animal.

Best of luck to you.

Everything else is trivial compared to health issues. Best of luck to Connie with the surgery.
