Default Muzzy season

Saturday morning is the opener of the 9 day Arkansas early muzzy season and I'm on vacation all through it. Gonna head up to the cabin for the first 3 days and then its back home to hunt another spot for a couple of day. I will finish out the season back at the cabin. I got the White and TC bone collector all ready to go. The weather looks much better than what we have been having the past 3 weeks, lows in the upper 40's and highs in the 60's. I'm ready to burn some powder, hope the deer and hogs are moving.

Good luck! Hope you have a lot of fun and success! How was the early Ohio season for you gregrn43? I remember you said you were going up for it. I got a small buck, but it was so warm we weren't seeing much except right at first light and right at dusk.

We didn't go up for the early season, but we are headed up for the regular gun season after Thanksgiving. The wife and me are gonna hunt the first 5 days of it then head back home. My cousin has killed two does so far with his bow, but mostly he has been going somewhere in New York salmon fishing, I think he is getting dementia or something. If I lived where he does and have the ground to hunt that he does, you wouldn't see me very often. Are you going for the regular gun season?

Okay, I got confused - thought you were going for the early season. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it for the regular season after Thanksgiving due to work responsibilities. There's an outside chance I could make it for the late muzzleloader season in Jan, but I don't know for sure yet.

Good luck to you & your wife!
