Default 300g Deep Curl Result

The Entrance.

Deer wasn't very far at all, maybe 100'. Load was 110g Blackhorn, crush rib sabot, W209 primer.

Heart and lung damage.

The exit.

Ron, don't you know you need a premium bullet to kill whitetails? If you're not paying at least a buck a bullet any deer you shoot is going to run 200 yards.

Definitely the results you want! It looks like a lot of damage from that bullet. Did it exit?

That is very impressive.. I want to shoot some of them out of the Optima tomorrow and see how they do. That kind of wound channel reminds me of a 30-06 with a 180 grain bullet. Very nice. Congratulations on the deer too... thanks for the post.

I love these bullets and have had similar results with them.

They're accurate too, at least in my ML they are.

Even if it had gone further, Ron, wouldn't be hard to follow that blood trail. (thumbs up)

Ron,
Impressive exit wound. It sure makes them easier to recover. Congrats on a great some great tasting steak.
