i just ordered a knight wolverine II with 209, SS, .50, and a thumbhole stock, does anybody have a thumbhole stock? is ther any chance that the recoil could break the plastic stock? just wondering, thanks, who_else

I' ve had the black composite thumbhole stock on my Knight since I got it two years ago, and it' s survived several hundred recoils and been beat around the woods quite a bit. It seems pretty sturdy.

I have a knight wolverine 2 .54 cal with thumhole stock and I can tell you that it is the most comfortable stock that I have on ANY rifle that I have owned/shot. Love it, and have been looking to upgrade the stocks on my other rifles to the same type.
