Yeah, I caused trouble by trying to help you.

I'm hunting Gunnison (unit 55) in 2nd rifle season. It's going to be stupid crowded.

My answer was from the firearms enforcement department. Who knows who will answer your question?

I started this whole thing to help grouse from getting a ticket. If I wanted to see him get busted. I wouldn't have said a thing.
I imagine whoever answers his question will do so as a representative of the DOW and it will be in writing. That should be sufficient

Not sure a printed copy of an e-mail is official? It's pretty easy to edit.

Just saying.

We'll see what it says. What do you suppose grouse will do if it say's it's illegal?

What do I think he will do, now that's an interesting question to ask me. Not sure your reasoning here but I imagine grouse is an ethical hunter that abides by all game regulations. He will do what is necessary to be legal . But maybe you should ask him not me.

I was. I know he'll read the post. If he really wanted to know what was legal. He'd either believe me, or call himself.

I'm ethical too, and that why I found out for myself. Why do you think i'm not shooting a sabot? Hell, you and Mike sent me some, and they fit perfect. You know that's what I wanted to do.

Now i'm loading a Thor through the breech to stay legal. So, lets not talk about doing the right thing. I know I am.
