Hard to give credit to Knight for accuracy when GM makes the barrels.

Sort of like saying a Renegade is really accurate after you install a GM barrel.

Who makes the Knight trigger now? Stock?

Not for blackpowder rifles. But for your sake I hope it lives up to the hype. . I'd hate to see you mess up your elk hunt using a new gun that didn't live up to its potential. And whatever you do don't try to shoot an elk with them aerolites. That's only asking for trouble

Correct but not in a Muzzleloader... tony Knight started that and Doc White carried it on....

Check how many manufactures trophies?? (actually I can not remember the name of the competition but others do) Knight won at the national shoot and then check how many CVA won. Doc won more trophies than did CVA and he only won one...

That was the manufacturers tourney in Friendship In. Knight won 6 years straight then Doc had some 36 cal custom Whites built for the tourney and beat Knight.

Isn't that like saying a CVA is really accurate after you install a Bergara barrel?

We talked about that already. It was before CVA used Bergara barrels.

Tony may have started the accuracy guarantee, but it wasn't an original idea. I wonder if he would have done it if he had to make his own barrels?

Plus, he had the first inline rifles. He had to be first at everything.

I'm not putting the Knight down. It's a nice gun, but you pay for it too.

A Weatherby MarkV is a nice gun too, but I can buy two Winchester 70's for the same price. Does that make the Winchester bad?

Not unless GM owned Knight.

Only if you compare it to a Remington

Yeah, Remington has slipped. The old 700's were good guns.
