Ron, That target sure looks a lot different from the one you posted a few days ago. Do you think the rifle is getting that much worse in just these few days?

Well....................... something changed. It could be both scopes broke, but that doesn't seem likely. Two days ago, it went erratic. Yesterday it shot awful, so i switched the scope. Yesterday afternoon with the new scope it was erratic. The breech plug flash hole has grown to 0.033" is all, so that should be OK. Lug bolts are tight. Ring mount screws are tight. Ring screws are tight. This morning it shot the target that was posted. Makes me wonder if the bulged barrel is worsening. At any rate, i won't shoot it anymore.

Only if the commission rejects the optic for muzzle loader season. If we will be allowed optic, it would be so simple to trade scopes on any rifle to the 1X. One X7 is already set with a 1X; the other is set for rifle season with 1.5-5 scope; a 1X scope can replace it very readily. Dream Season has peep sight, but won't be changed to 1X, because of the low comb on the plastic stock. Decision is tomorrow.

Did you put in for doe tag for the refuge? Chances you would draw a buck tag should be about zero?
