ive decided to try out the cabelas powderhorn 3-10x40..just wondering what you guys thought on which finish i should get...i have a stainless steel rem 700ml with silver leupold QR rings and bases...should i get the silver or the matte.

Personal choice. I always thought silver scopes look strange, but a lot of guys like them.

I agree with Muley. I put black scopes on my stainless and they look good to me.
