Semi I have a question. If you are attaching blocks to the barrel to attach the forearm, and these blocks have thru holes for the ramrod, AND you still want to have a ramrod pipe, why not just attach it to the forearm instead of the barrel? You can then drill holes in the pipe and use screws to attach the pipe to the forearm. Or am I missing something here in the design? My opinion is why a ramrod pipe anyway?

Your confusion is understandable Bronko, and entirely my fault. (Although guys your age are often confused.) My latest design change is to use the aluminum tube under the forend and just one block near the muzzle for the front ramrod pipe. It simplifies things (really). The forend will be attached to the tube.
