Default new bullet lube

got some new lube in today to try with my maxiballs, its called TAC Soft. Normally I have to melt my lube but its so darn hot here the past 2 days it was melting in the package lol. I made a lube sizer i guess you can call it and i smear a bunch of lube onto the bullets and then just push them through the 2x4 that i drilled a hole through, lubes them almost professional like!

I'll take some pics later on when i feel better.

MD, if you take a brass block and bore and ream it to the size you want rig it to mount on your reloading press drill, and tap for a grease gun in the side and put an insert stud under it works quite well.

I like that Lee. Saved it to my "how to" reference file.

well the first test is tomorrow. Got the cva 50cal hawken loaded up with 70gr RS and the 370 maxiballs with the new lube and we'll see how fouling reacts. Just going to shoot at 50 yards off my shooting sticks from a sitting position and see what happens.

New lube appears to be great so far! A great reduction in fouling in the bore that i can see and the bullets load smoothly rather than jumping/s at skipping feel. I have to record it on video but to me it looks like a lot less smoke? Not sure how lube could or if at all, affect that area. Accuracy was great at 50 yards with the 70 RS and maxiball combo. Tomorrow I will up the charge to 80 and see how that does. Recoil off my shooting sticks wasn't painful at all.
