Not quite, I want to know if Mike has personally verified this claim... "With the FPJ capped and a muzzle mitt on the barrel throw hole darn thing in a river come back a week later - It will fire no problem."
I would never throw one of my wonderful CVA rifles into the river. ;) |

I would never throw one of my wonderful CVA rifles into the river. ;) It was stainless - water doant hurz it... but I did woory about the trigger... But no problems after it were cleaned.. |

MAX already showed that cva can handle being dunked into water and still go off. Adjust the "head space" like I do on mine, and it will actually hold air. That is of course if you used patched balls as conicals and sabots dont completely fill the rifling.

I think its a great idea. Usually I see the most deer when I don't have a rifle with me so if I throw my gun in the river a week before hunting season I think I can really fool them. You come up with the bestest ideas Pete.
