update-
"Called Knight, the Guy asked if my gun had the New Vented breech plug and after looking online with him we decided that yes my gun has it. He said that was a new design that was supposed to work with these "new" powders. He was stumped and told me he was going to make some calls and then call me back."

Do you have the plug in hand?
Does it have a Convex or a concave nose?
Is it a FPJ or a NFPJ plug?
Is the flash channel plugged?
Just some thoughts...

How is it not fair?? If SL gets the gun to shoot then MD doesn't talk about CVA on this forum any more, if he doesn't, then SL doesn't talk about Knights. No deals other than if the gun shoots or not?!?!?!?

But, with that said the FPJ is not the best way to shoot BH-209. It will shoot it but you have to do certain things correctly.... New FPJ's - BH is such a slow burning powder and it progressivley burns on top of that, so the back pressure does cause the nose of the FPJ to expand and release gas into the breech area.
Even with all of that... you can shoot BH with a FPJ.
This two targets were shot with a stock FPJ breech plug (concave face) and red plastic jackets. Check the amount if blow back soot on the FPJ.

or better yet a Traditions , the only gun I consider not as good as CVA .
