Mike you hit the nail on the head there, My Insurance Co. wanted a list of my GUNS and serial #'s also, should I say my old Insurance Co.

Its unfortunate but some insurance companies will not insure your rifle collection without the information on make, model, caliber, serial number, etc. Due to the number of weapons I had, they required me to take out a special rider policy to cover them against anything. Unfair as the devil, but sometimes a necessary evil.
