HNI received a complaint about the OP and some of the responses to him. For the record, the complaint was not from any of the involved parties or even anybody who has posted in this thread.
After reviewing this thread, it looks like a question was asked along with some insults. Those insults are not likely to win new friends and also violate HNI rules.
Part of the review process of this forum (and all of the rest) is that people are allowed to air out their legitimate problems with a product or issue). Yes, it doesn't necessarily help a person trying to figure out how to make something work better but sometimes, it can save you a lot of headaches with a product that still has a few design kinks to be worked out. Obviously any false statements about a company will be removed.
The responses of a few members also included some insults (again a violation of HNI rules). After that, the thread got hijacked to discuss dogs (with pics).
I have edited out all of the insults and would like to remind everybody to follow the rules. Here's a link to them (see below) if you don't know where the rules are posted on this website. Please review # 2 & #8 especially.
