filled my pot with soft lead, got the same results as I did with the well sorted range lead but in more consented drop.

still at .502dia

but the range is
451 to 453 gr

I am going to clean the pot out tonight and see what wheel weights are casting at

I'd have no problem when I was 14 either. I wonder how he'll like it when he's 68 with a bum shoulder.

muley, ever thought about using an should recoil pad. I have an bum right shoulder. I use one when I shot heavier loads and guns that don't have limbsaver pads on them. I shot loads from 65 to 85grs and 300gr to 350gr with out the should pad with very little kick. you could also put an slip on recoil pad over an recoil pad. reduces the recoil greatly.
