Cva Optima
#11

I did end up ordering the Optima. I was going to go with the Accura for awhile, but decided it wasn't worth the extra money.
Good to see you have a shooter. Have you measured the pull on the trigger?

Wow: I see the new optima 26" barrel do not come with the Bergara Barrel
I had the older model with the 29" barrel which had them.
I just may keep my eye open for the end of year sale for a CVA with a thumb-hole stock,My sos has the Acurra Man that gun can shoot.

MuleyHunter i have not checked the trigger i have always shot a heavy triggerbetter than a light one.Lonewolf it is my understanding that it is a bergara barrel its just not stamped on it something to do with the extra polishing inside the barrel but i cant see this gun shooting any better.THANKS

The optima barrel is the same as the Accura barrel without the final polishing. The bullets will do the polishing in time.

Thomas didn't find it. I gave him the number, and it was left over from last year and off the books. At first he told me he didn't have anymore.
So, I really did get the last one. They don't put that package together anymore.
I just got off the phone with a land owner. He's giving me a voucher next year for deer. Mo meat.
Hope we can get some elk too.
