Lord knows I go off topic now and then myself. In fact, one thing I like about this forum is we can get free wheeling now and then and talk about the fish we caught or how good our tomato crop was. But none of that stuff is addressed in HNI's forum format. However, HNI does have an entire Archery Forums section and that's where this topic belongs.

OK, OK. Go ahead and take your shots. I'll survive.
Agree with you a bunch Semi but in my case I probably would bring a question here also because you learn to know and trust some voices on a forum that you spend a lot of time on. And then the big thing is that there is a huge range of experiance in the group of people that you know and trust here.

And that is not to say that maybe it really should have gone in the correct forum, but I hope you can relate to my point.

I agree on the Muzzy broadheads. First off, I don't like mechanicals. They have the ability of malfunctions and I saw what a mess it made on a deer last week. But you can't argue with the muzzy results:

Haven't you seen enough threads arguing about stuff? A lot of good information has been posted and you do this. I put this post here because most of the people i understand pretty well. Send a PM to the Moderator and have it deleted. I can hardly keep track of this forum let alone another. You are correct though, it doesn't belong here.

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! I'm hurt.

I understand what you're saying Grouch, uh Grouse. I would rather discuss stuff with the guys here myself. It's the closest thing there is in the electronic world to sitting around a fire with your buddies.

But most of us have bows, and I would guess all of us have several cartridge guns, and several probably reload for them as I do. If everyone begins starting threads on bows, cartridge rifles, reloading formulas, etc., this would no longer be a black powder forum. Anyway, I would never PM a Moderator about something so trivial when I can put my honest opinion here for all to see. But I forgive you `cause you're such a sweetheart.

Sincerely yours,

FUDDY

The only thing worse would be a video of an owl being shot with a bow posted on the blackpowder forum
