Default pretty good day at the range

got to the range, was kinda shocked, not an whole lot of people there, it was in the 50s so I guess people where out bow hunting.

knight org. disc 50cal
rem sts, cci 209m, and t7 primers (feeling out what primer it likes)
75grs of t7 2f
tc sure fires 240gr (oh wait left those at home)

so
lee reals 250gr my green lube, any my 40/40/10 lube (40 crisco, 40 liquid wonder lube, 10 beeswax)

got an shocker
shot two was really bad, I lost the grip on my gun. no idea how, was an good grip. and shot five it is the paper but cant figure out if the bullet broke up, just grazed the paper (major wind gust seconds before it went down range

put two in the same hole

silver eagle
65grs of pyrodex p
lee reals 250grs with and with out wads (bore buttons)

closer then I have been (with out)

with bore buttons, second sounded weird, don't know if it I did not set the bore button right or shorted it on powder. shot my last tube of t7 2f, little bite of hangfire but placed it in the 3 shot groups lol.

I can't try sabot loads out of the knight until I order some thinner sabots. loaded way to hard for my liking. may not worry about that until after the first of they year. i think I will work with the lee reals with it just to get it ready for the season.

Corey IMO any day at the range is a good day. But I understand exactly what you mean. Some do work out better than others.

Looks like you have her honed in there pretty good!! Keep it up!!

Those Knights just shoot don't they?? Tom.

oh I forgot, NO scope adjustments. that how close I got my bore sighting.

next time out with that knight, I am going to try bore buttons and the same charge.

Tom your right, may try the 320gr reals out of it.

as for the silver eagle, it is going to get the next session off. I was going to get an 1.5 - 5 x 32 bushnell shotgun scope I found for $70 and put it on it, but I am not going to touch an thing
