    Basically, it's all I need to take care of a traditional muzzleloader.
    Thanks Muley! Considering how useful Ballistol is I am surprised it is not more well known.

    It's very well known to those who are smart.

    Some won't believe that something developed for WW1 by the Germans can still be any good.

    Ballistol is Ok, but I'm not a fan. Don't find it to be anything special, other than being stinky.

    Just about any old light machine oil. PB Blaster is good, as is Three-In-One, sewing machine oil, ceiling fan oil, etc.
