It replaces the FPJ in the bolt and stays in until you remove the bolt. Primers will drop right in it with just a little practice.

The part supporting this LRH bolt is the primer adapter. It inserts in the nose of the bolt..

You will enjoy the new plug and bare primer shooting. Keeps the breech area of your gun "virtually" spotless and you never have to buy red FPJ's again. Good luck.

Thanks guys. I think I will give this a try in September. Too busy ground hog hunting right now. But hopefully I will get to do some deer hunting this year.

I was just going to hunt with my new flint lock only this year. But I might stretch the legs of the LRH. Tom.
