I can believe most of the numbers. The only thing I'm wondering with the scopes is if they are considering Tasco with Bushnell since they are all owned by the same company now. The reason I say that is that's the only number I'd find it halfway hard to believe and I'm not even sure I'd find it super hard to believe, but I will say that the large majority of hunters I've run into have used either Bushnell, Tasco, or Simmons. Most of them have been using Simmons which is why I wonder if they are grouped with the rest.
As far as muzzle loaders, I definitely believe that. I know lots of guys that have muzzle loaders and hunt on a regular basis with them and I literally only know two people that own CVA's. One of them hunts with a NEF muzzle loader, a couple of them hunt with Knights, and 2 of them hunt with Traditions, all of the rest are hunting with T/C's. I'd say TC's outnumber CVA's 10:1 in this area. That's of course just a guess, but it's more than likely pretty close.
I will also say as far as both rifles and shotguns the majority of the guys I hunt with also hunt with Remingtons. Now many of them have other rifles too, and several of them have had problems with Remingtons lately and have been switching to other brands, but when it comes down to it, most of them have Remingtons, and quite a few use them as their go to gun. I will point out that several of them use their older Remingtons as they have had too many issues with the newer ones.

I agree that the TC's are currently the most popular.
Walmart, Cabela's and the many Dick's sell them here.
I really do believe that they're the most popular brand in the northeast.
The used racks at gun shops are usually stocked with older ones.
Folks like that they're made in the U.S.
Knight and H&R had stopped producing rifles.
The Remington 700ML and Genesis went out of production.
Austin & Halleck, Ruger and Marlin stopped producing any muzzle loaders years ago.
There's not as many brands left to chose from really.
TC has a no nonsense lifetime warranty that promote confidence in buying their guns.
I even saw $25 TC rebate forms on the shelf at Walmart this year discounting the $299 price of the base model TC that they sell.
The 2010 figures all seem to make sense.

I find it a bit strange that an import made in a CIP country has less of a sales network in the 14 CIP countries than T/C has in place. When you walk into a store in one of those countries and a T/C inline is on the rack but brand X inline needs to be ordered and sent to a proof house before you can receive it...its a no brainier if the sales figures include worldwide sales.
Pedersoli has some of the highest standards of voluntary testing that exceed CIP proofs so they are very popular in countries with strict proof regulations. They are already proofed and ready for legal sale. IMO SAAMI needs to start enforcing some kind of standard on MLs sold in the USA too. Base it on modern subs with the manufacturers max recommended load + at least 30%. As far as i know only one major USA company voluntarily proof tests its ML barrels to SAAMI or higher standards for the US market.
I dont think any current brand/model is inherently unsafe but there needs to be standards considering how much inlines have evolved and the pressures a 3 pellet load can develop.

The entire sight is dedicated to BPI and its hard to be objective when the domain owner/s are/is compensated. Toby Bridges is not much better now and i never see him say a negative thing about his sponsors products.
Im sure a poll on Gander's site would be highly BRAND biased.

Muley, already tried to get some stuff from traditions, mainly the vortek, they are tight wads to say the least.
I really dont have any interest in any of TC's current guns.
Knight, i am interested in the Mountaineer.
