Watched it again. The very first picture is a Muzzleloader???? Now that i watched the gun he was carring it was obviously a rifle. My bad, i dont watch guns i'm looking at everything else in the video.

towards the end where my nephew is posing with the deer, the gun is right next to him on a bipod. Very clear shes a centerfire LOL. My bro in law wouldnt let him use the muzzle loader as the shots were going to be to far " thats what he thinks anyways"

Oh i see what you mean now Grouse. That first picture was just an opening for the main video with my forums name on it. That was me during my november elk hunt high in the mountains.

That's pretty country there. Minnesota is beautiful too but that area where you were hunting there is so different from here. Very pretty. Nice buck too.

I put in for the same unit and will find out if i drew a tag or not on the 8th on june. Keeping my fingers crossed as there are some bigg'ns around that area!

New Mexico doesnt require orange. Although he did have an orange stocking hat on at one point. Most likely took it off due to the heat up during the hunt.

just lookin at the distance in the video told me it wasnt a bp. i dont think it would even be a good idead to push over 100 yards, much less 200 with bp..whatever, however or when ever...it dropped like a rollercoaster. . be cool see them exit wounds.

You never said it wasn't Colorado, and in your part of the Colorado it looks like New Mexico.
