SEE SEE SEE, i told you he is a bad influence.

Once you shoot an Elite 45, all the rest are more like inventory. From now on you will judge all other mass production MLs against the Elite. Adding a TH stock is fairly easy and man they do feel good. It is by far one of the most fun to shoot.

He knew EXACTLY what he was doing by letting that poor guy shoot it.

Many sleepless nights and hours of searching the auction sights will surely follow. Luckily i still know where to get a NIB blued Elite 45 for $249 and it may ease his suffering.

This Prayer help

The Knight DISCs are my rifles. I shall not want.
They maketh my groups shrink at the range and leadth me beyond mediocre shooters.
They restoreth my soul. They leadth me to the range for funs sake. Yeah though i shoot at the
range with cheaper imports, i shall fear no break action, for Green Mountain art with me. Thy Timney trigger
and American craftsmanship, they comfort me. Thou preparest the hunt before me through your Williams sights.
Thou annointest my barreled action with stainless and protect my primers all over. Surely DRTs and sub MOAs
shall follow me all the days of my life and i will dwell in the house of Knight forever.

Boy I sure wish I knew where to find one of them. If you decide to part with that info, let me know. I could see myself shooting that

Yep, he did.

My job is done here. Another older NIB Knight is going to a good home that will enjoy it. It being an Elite 45 is even more satisfying. I wish more people would try a 45cal so companies would invest more into some R&D. They are the only thing holding back a better selection of bullets and sabots.

IMO they are more fun to shoot and plenty for deer sized game.

I just realized that the Elites are not part of the new Knight lineup, oops, I might have to start looking for a TH .45 Elite!

Washatonian

I dont think they ever offered a Elite with a TH but its not hard to put one in a Extreme TH. Fully bed the stock at the same time or add another pillar and you have a near custom quality rifle.

I shoot a lot just for fun and a TH 45 is a cream puff to shoot (usually). IMO the more fun it is, the more likely you are to practice. I wasn't sure if i would like it for hunting but i loved it on my carbine last year.
