The skirt is going to expand when it fires. So, I guess it's not that important as long as BH will fire, and it does that fine.

I just feel funny when a bullet loads that easy.

load one up on a clean bore, point it muzzle down and beat on the butt pad and see if the bullet moves.

I do not know. One would hope they come standard. Ron made my Bergara Encore plugs which are the pre-QRBP. I have no intentions of buying anymore CVA muzzleloaders.

if the hollow base plug isnt capable of working with pellet powder, the blackhorn plug most likely will be offered as an accessory.
