Not to hijack this thread but I have a blued mk-85 I might consider selling if this gentleman is interested. Fiber optic front sight and peep sight on the rear. Nice bore, a little pitting in the reciever area from the previous owner. The bluing on the barrel is excellent.

Thats a RIOT!!!
Let me know when they win at Friendship or approve of bullets over 300gr in sabot, over 400gr conicals and over 110gr of loose powder.
Both White and Knight approve of these loads and have many wins under their belts.

This is a picture of a Williams FPS - peep sight. For hunting it is an excellent apparatus. 1/4 min clicks at 100.

It is shown with a regular peep but you can get a twilight peep that has a brass ring in it to help in the wee hours.
This is a White model 97 U-Mag... one of the best conical/sabot shooters you would ever handle.

This is a MK-85 a kin to the Big Horn that you are getting...

This is a Knight DISC Extreme and just for you it is a 52 cal...

This the Knight DISC Extreme MHC (Master Hunter Cryogenic)

With the Western Kit installed you would really have a great gun. But I think I have an idea to make the Western Kit a bit better. I will show you when we meet...

Same peep i use and its great. I cant shoot worth a darn with buckhorns at just 65 yards but i can keep within 2.5" all day with a Williams FoolProof on a rest.
It just doesn't click, it also has set screws to keep it from moving after site in. Numrich has the ones for round top Knight plunger guns for $40 roughly in either blued or silver. They are old Knight stock IIRC and Williams has different apertures if you want one. They are about half of MSRP with shipping.

WARNING THEY DONT FIT DISCs, its wrong. I tried and the blister pack doesn't list the DISC either.
BTW that reminds me...that place that had some Extremes in 52cal for $239??? They have a LRH too i think but i don't remember how much. I think it was in the $550 range for the LRH non TH. They have some MK85 Predators 54cal NIB but they are pricey at $400.

This is the one that got me hooked on Knights and it hurts on both ends. It is the best $425 i ever spent on any rifle.
GMB54-120 Brush Gun in a Extreme TH stock

In the purdy stock. Not mine but its the same.

Then SOMEONE didnt try to talk me out of an Elite 45 and even had me go get him the last one.
Elite 45, so accurate its almost boring. Thats one of a limited sub 100 made EK knife i picked up the same weekend.

And my E-LITE LRH 52cal. Its in a bedded composite TH now with a new Redfiled on top.

And how could i pass up a NIB and still unfired Original 45cal SS fluted for only $249 and add a few of my spare parts to fancy it up a bit.

Well you get the idea...im addicted and my support group is terrible and my "resposibilibuddy" is not very effective.

Those are some great looking muzzleloaders, kicking myself for not jumping on the DISC Extreme .52 I was looking at.

You have to admit... that 45 you got and thenthe one that you got me were very good buys for a very good accurate rifle.
If you want to check something out... go look @ Gunbroker, Auction Arm, Guns American and see how mant Knight DISC's you can find for sale now days... A few - very few!
I did not show you the way I just suggested that it was a very good buy - you did the rest....
And I really need to thank you for getting the all-in-one-hole Knight 45 you found for me.... THANKS - again!
