Because he says to leave it up to the professionals.

I say F the pro's as they fudged up in the first place and never listen to the actual persons who KNOW how to take care of the problem.

All the products i test and review and not a damn one will improve even a single plastic knob!

Im a little more loose and show others how to fix the issue which takes about 2 minutes " i go carefully lol"

More than likely he's saving the answer so he can sell it. Which is probably something we already know.
