its the cva mountain stalker .54

Where i hunt elk, they are always in THICK nasty timber so i am just a little worried about a peep not being the best set up for this situation. I saw Williams makes a peep sight but obviously no where near the quality of the lyman.

I forgot all about the williams ghost ring, that would be a good choice also. you will really notice the difference between standard sights and a peep when you get a lil older MD lol..they definitely shrink those bullet hole group sizes on targets! Ray

Could you not end up with a near 'Ghost Ring' set up by simply removing the apeture from the sight????

well i got my crappy sights back on for now. I found a good screw and then did some filing and adjusting here and there, Looks good and doesnt wiggle. It will be good enough for now until i can find a solid set up.
