New Powerbelt coming out

Jon do you archery hunt? Do you know what really makes an broadhed in an amimal work so well?
Take a look at your Power Belt - then look at the expanded Noslers of the Gold Dots....
Now imagine the Noslers or the Gold Dots - pentratiing and spinning their way through an animal. Now do the same imagination process with your Powder Belts. Which bullet(s) do you envison doing more internal damage and cutting of organ tissue - creating a larger more devastaing wound channel. your rounded pan cake or the cutting petals of the Noslers or Gold Dots. And once again velocity plays a huge role in that department also.
My contention has always been if you can create enough internal shock to the animals you will overide the the animal's natural response of Fright and Flight and you will get a quicker cleaner harvest.

for cutting a wound channel, Powerbelts of course, because they fragment and offer grenade performance inside the animal LOL.
I couldnt say anything positive about the bow hunts ive gone on. Every bow hunt i went on with a video camera, the shooters were nailing them with 3 to 4 arrows before the antelope/deer would die. Rage broadheads were NOT impressive to say the least.

in colorado we are limited to conicals only. The powerbelts shoot amazingly well in my rifles and for the cost that it took for me to build my mold, well worth the cost.
Now you are just attacking me with the rest of your post.
Ive made around 1,200 of the inserts for others that i sent out for free just so they could test them out and report back. They are very time consuming to make but it is a very interesting idea and very fun to see what a difference it makes.
Ive tested every from the 245 powerbelt up to the 405gr powerbelt and the smaller 245gr powerbelt when shot into cement like mixture sand " after the water is added" loses between 6 to 10 grains of weight. There are a LOT of bullets out there that dont stand up that well. Not a Hornady XTP, Not a nosler, certainly not an SST/Shockwave.
Amazingly, not even a 385gr hornady great plains could stand my testing.
245gr Powerbelt Aerotips VS My custom insert powerbelt @ 25 yards with 100gr pyrodex RS.

I even used the 348gr powerbelt with 100gr RS in my cva mountain stalker .50 with my insert and bagged a he/she buck " antlerless buck" The damage it left was simply amazing on the inside and the 2 foot wide blood trail that went 30 yards was like the movie scene on the Wizzard of oz , only more like " Follow the thick red blood road"
Insert or no insert, I and a great deal of others have been very pleased with the performance of the Powerbelt. Only recently has my sweet tooth gone to the Thor bullet.
So instead of talking down on me for looking at ways to help others out that enjoy the powerbelt, why not just relax and keep an open mind? I personally enjoy seeing others on the forum and other forums come up with different idea's at improving something or making something new for a current product they use.

I believe builder is here to just pick fights and name call.
You nor anyone else can change the success ive had in the field with powerbelts so call me all the names you want, i'll still use them and fill our tags.

Of course I was not there to say for sure, but you realize if you or whomever was able to stick an animal with 3 arrows - the first arrow probably did the job it was intended to do. Other wise the animal would have been long gone. It was then only a matter of time.

No sir i am not here for that. as i stated you have seen visual proof from sabotloader and others that there are superior lead bullets on the market, yet you still argue for PB'S and never mention any other lead alternative in the posts i have seen you involved in. you jump all over people new to the sport with your CVA and PB speal like a hawk on a chicken on countless forums not just this one.like i stated earlier, take a look at what you type. your arguments don't hold water.and you accuse me of not having a open mind ? plain and simple fact is the PB is one of the worst lead bullets on the market period! that's a fact not even you can deny with a straight face..

Just read that in 2011 Powerbelt will be introducing a new bullet called the Aerolite.
Dudley wrote this in a response to someone on the cva blog,
"Right now, I am shooting a brand new PoweBelt called the AeroLite. It is a very long bullet, but is kept light by having a very large hollow point cavity that is then filled with an equally large hard polycarbonate aerotip. This allows the 250 bullet to be as long as a 300 grain standard or Platinum PowerBelt. This extra length and the aerodynamic shape of the bullet make it incredibly accurate -- I am talking 100 yard groups with all holes touching! Also, these AeroLites are "tuned" to perform best with 100 grain charges -- what most shooters actually use -- and with velocities produced by 100 grain charges they are devastating. They can also be used effectively with magnum charges, as long as the range is far enough for the speed to have reduced to about 1800 FPS or below. We will start shipping these early in 2011."

will not debate on that,
I am an recoil wimp, powerbelts fit my shooting style, but only one gun using them. win apex 45cal, 275gr hp, 70gr of bh209.
I have no real dog in this fight anymore, I am moving to home cast bullets and round balls.
