Congrats!!!

The only good feral hog is a dead feral hog.....smoked to perfection.
They are shoot on site in Missouri with no bag limits.

Im guessing he is going to be a bit "gamey" but that has never stopped me before.

Yep, shoot as many as you can find. I'm too far north because I never see them, or evidence of them in the woods, which is fine, but I would like to hunt them, I'm sure it's a blast.

Did you knock the turban off of him when you fired? It would definitely complete the mount

Good shootin'!

Thanks for the responses. This afternoon i talked with the guys who took that hog home and butchered it. He weighed just over 270 pounds field dressed. They said the chops were huge. Don's wife will marinade some of those chops in the fridge for three days and then cook them up in homemade sauerkraut for me. Yum,yum.

Awesome boar falcon, I have shot two this past week but didnt post them cause I shot them with modern gun. Mine were two guilts they should be good eating. Are those big boars any good to eat? I have been told by some there are and others say there not.
