Default Got It - Accura V2 Break-in Procedures Required?

I can see Sheriff Andy Taylor saying a "whuuuuu doggy" followed by a whistle with a great big grin on his face. Brand spanking new CVA Accura V2 is in my hands today.

After reading the manual I do not see anything about break-in procedures. On Bergara's site they explain break in procedures for the barrel. Basically clean after each shot for the first 5 to 10 shots then clean after 5 shots up to 50. Is this needed?

no but it never hurts.

The barrel gets a multi honing process which eliminated the need for break in but if you want to, you can.

Clean the entire rifle fully before going to shoot. This will get rid of the factory preservatives and make you more familiar with the rifle's operation.

Just give it a J&B bore paste treatment ( will really smooth out irregularitys in the bore cut down on crud ring) then a light coat of Montana exteme bore conditioner and all set.
