I am thinking about changing up my Encore.
I have the standard Encore 209x50 Mag, and am thinking about buying an Endeavor barrel for it.
I have had mixed results with the current barrel in accuracy, as the first couple shots are off, but once it gets warmed up, it groups great....but as you know, one shot is all you get at deer.
I've read that cleaning is easier with the XT plug, because the breech plug blocks most of the blowback, is that found to be accurate?
I think most of the residue, I see, is from the primer, but then again the threads always are very fouled too.
If there's anyone here who has experience with both versions, I'd like to hear your results and/or thoughts.
