my goodness are you guys still going on about this even after its been given a thumbs up?

Hey, I would give you the thumbs up but I tried your load and blew my thumbs off. Just kidding. I agree with most of the folks here on the point of caution by following the manufacturer guidelines.

Actually there has been nothing settled other then an alleged phone call. Request for hard copy, phone number, email etc has been ignored.

I don't post on the ML forum much at all but I like to read most of the threads.


But.... all of you guys that are complaining about someone else that said they called the mfgr. and got the O.K. and are still asking for hard copies, phone numbers, emails, etc... could have gotten on the phone yourselves in less time that it has taken you to post your whining about MD.

For goodness sake it should only take one of you to call and ask a simple question and post the answer here to put this to rest. MD said he did and you don't believe him. So call yourself and get your answer just as he did.

BB - if you read most of the threads, you must see there is a history here of repeated posting of unsubstantiated claims that is prompting the requests.

Good idea. I called twice and got voice mailfrom both individuals. Left a message and shot off an e-mail. Will let everyone know the outcome as soon as I know.

Yeah, they appeared to be very busy. The receptionist connected me to Johan first, I forget the other persons name. Both had voicemail that said they were experiencing a high volume of calls and e-mail was a better way to contact them. At least someone is busy in this economy
