I wouldn't use windex. That would be introducing a new ingredient (soap plus whatever else is in there) and may change the characteristics of the powder. Might get you into trouble.

first pellet is drying very quickly. I should be able to make a few of them today. Darn shame i could only find a 1 1/2" pvc pipe in the shop. sucks making one at a time.

next time in town i will pick up some supplies and make a "plunger" to compress the wet powder into a tight mold.

Use urine as the fluid, gives it more oxygen...

Windex is good for cleaning windows. I would leave the powder alone. If you pay as much as you did for it, I sure would not risk wasting it.

Alcohol might work, but APP is petroleum based sensitive.. might be a bad mix.

Found an alcohold swab so i put that at the powder end and let it sit for a bit to draw out the moisture. Pellet is drying by itself right now.

The big one is a 100gr pellet. I pushed it out to soon and it was still fairly wet and i got a some small chunks on the side. They just need time to dry is all. I am working with a smaller 50gr pellet right now.

I need a tube thats at least 2 1/2 - 3" long so then i can pour the powder into it and then add a little water, this way it will be more consistent than mixing in a bowl and transferring it to the tube.

Also have to work on how much water is needed per 50-100gr powder.
