Tom,
I guess when T/C was bought out the new owners forgot what the word customer service was all about. I hope who ever buys Knight keeps up with the buyers needs when it comes to repairs.

Just got off the phone with T/C. They claimed a Breech plug will be mailed out today. That's good news if it happens.

Called T/C to check on my breech plug. Dianne told me there was no order put in. She also said the shipping department is way behind. She also told me they dont have the plug in stock.

After talking with her, it really sounds like a sad situation. The funny thing is, T/C spent alot of money trying to put Knight out of bussiness and really accomplished nothing. Knight's customer service and parts orders are as strong as ever.

I have had nothing but poor service from TC ever since I first bought my Omega. People you talk to on the phone don't know diddley about rifles and they do not answer E-mails either.

This is weird. When I had stuff done by TC they did an awsome job. They screwed it up first, but they fixed it really quick. Even got a new stock out of the deal and this was done last summer. On the phone if the ladies didn't know what I was talking about I was able to talk to one of the gunsmiths. So I guess its all in what luck you have with.
