Bigtimer

Welcome back - glad to see you got around to checking in...

Ray I really hope you stick around and let us know what is going on... How bout your son was he able to harvest this year also?

By our standards up here in North Idaho that is one darn fine animal!!!! but the best part of the picture for me is that you were able to get on the ground in that position and then get back up go home and get on the computer..... GREAT!!!!

So the ML's are still working OK for you? I tell a lot of people about the boiling water treatment every now and then - needed on the bore - I stll remember the difference it made for you...

Awesome to see your pic and to have drop in....

Great buck Ray!

I don't get here to post much anymore either, but I do read a few posts when I have time.
Didn't even get out with the muzzleloader for deer this year (darned flu about whipped me), but I'm planning on getting the muzzleloading shotgun out tomorrow and see if I can find any late season squirrels.

I am shooting a CVA Optima Pro and the load is 110 grains of BH 209, 260 grain .451 Nosler HP. Hey Mike, Tyler got a nice doe on opening morning this year with his CVA Wolf shooting the same load as I'm shooting but only 90 grains of BH 209. It sure took a while to find what that gun liked but when we found that magic load........ Great to see ya Wabi!!!! I hope that all of you are doing well and are having a blesed new year. The old spine is still giving me a fit but I'm doing the best that I can and trusting in God to see me through. I will be seeing a pain management specialist at Duke University soon so maybe they can help some. It stays so wet here you can't get any range time in. I'm thinking about picking up a little something just to blow some powder through in the off season. Maybe another Wolf. Ya'll be good!!!!!!!!!
