It seems serial killers often leave "signature" clues Builder, either intentionally or subconsciously. I believe the Sinful Renegade actually wants to be apprehended (or is taunting authorities).

The Witetail population up here is wispering about the "Renegade" and has already hunkered down in the ceder swamps for fear he or one of his partners in crime will pay them a call.

I was made aware of this incident through other channels. It appears that Ms. Renegade has turned into a serial killer.
And I do believe that Mr. Semisane is the accomplis in these slayings. It is my personal opinion that he should be placed under house arrest until this matter is resolved. Or at least until the end of the season.
