Aside from the mag primers, BH209 likes a tight fitting sabot.

I'm shooting 300 SW with 115gr volume BH209 with the black sabots, groups under 1"@100y - groups with the (yellow) superglide sabots were awful in my Triumph.

While the black sabots are tight, the 20th shot loads the same as the first.

I got ya now...... I emailed black horn and they answered the same questions exactly how you guys did and they sent me photos on the drill bit cleaning the breach plug i totally get it now.... If their powder is as good as their customer service i really cant wait to try it now... But thanks all again and good luck, our muzzleloader season comes in sat here in ohio and it looks like im going to have to take a shovel with me.
